Getting to know me
A little about who I am, my training, and what brought me to this work.
[Your Qualification & Professional Body]
I'm a warm, experienced therapist with a deep belief in the body's innate capacity to heal. My work is person-centred at its core — meaning I follow your lead, at your pace, in a space free from judgement.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I also offer clinical supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in [your background]. This experience informs the way I hold space — with genuine curiosity and care.

Words from people who have been kind enough to share their experience.
Working with Anica has been genuinely life-changing. I came in feeling stuck and disconnected — and slowly I've learned to trust myself again.
— Individual counselling client
The supervision I receive here is unlike any I've had before. Thoughtful, boundaried, and leaves me feeling genuinely held. My practice has grown enormously.
— Supervisee, qualified counsellor
I was nervous about starting therapy for the first time. From the very first session, I felt safe enough to be honest. That's rare and precious.
— Individual counselling client
This is a different quality of presence — warm, challenging in the best way, and deeply ethical. I've worked with several supervisors and this stands out.
— Trainee counsellor
What I value most is that I always feel met exactly where I am. No agenda, just genuine curiosity and care. It's made such a difference to my life.
— Long-term counselling client
Therapy here helped me understand my anxiety through my body, not just my mind. I now have tools I use every single day. Truly transformative.
